A mobile app is appropriate for our target demographic because, millennials may use a computer to make their purchases 49% of the time, but they also use their mobile devices to make their purchases 40% of the time (The Nielsen Company, 2018). It is also appropriate in combination for the store because after giving your email during check out in the store, your history and recent purchases will be shown.
Our customer will be able to see deals and coupons on the front page that are personalized to her shopping habits. These coupons can be scanned in store. they can also save their payment methods for quicker shopping in store and on the app. When shopping in store, isles will be numbered and visible on the app for finding items quickly. When our customer is too busy to make it to the store, same day delivery will be offered.

They can quickly pull up their receipt in the event that a return needs to be made, just look under the recent purchases. Baby shower registrations can be made on the app and sent to our customers friends and family. They can add money to her account, pick up the details of their registry in store and bring the gift to their baby shower, or simply have it delivered to her house.
As for direct selling, customers will be able to see products in action and test how they operate before deciding to purchase it. This helps the customer save money and takes away the fear of wasting money when there are no consequences for trying out items and deciding not to purchase them. The customer will then be open to trying more and more items and potentially becoming a repeat customer for many products.
