Brick-and-Mortar
Kids House is a brick-and-mortar store that is based in Cleveland, Ohio. Our goal of this store is to create a warm and welcoming environment for parents and children. Our is a one stop shop for parents to get everything thing they might need for their kids at a reasonable price. Our store will be located in a popular shopping district with easy access to transportation or walking distance from apartments.

Why Brick-and-Mortar?
We chose to include Brick-and-Mortar in our omni channel because of how important it is for customers, especially millennials to touch and feel an item. According to data by the US Department of Commerce found that 45% of consumers ages 18-34 still prefer to shop at physical store, which is our target customer (Marhamat, 2020).
The in-store experience of Brick-and-Mortar provides customers with the motivation to keep coming back. Despite the challenges of COVID-19, the in-store experience is still on the rise and shopping remains a strong presence for customers (Pastore, 2020).
Physical store continue to dominate sales over online, in 2019 only 16% of total U.S sales in retail were through e-commerce (Marhamat, 2020).
